Learnsuite offers a range of interactive training applications that cover a variety of clinical skills and procedures, allowing you to improve your knowledge and expertise in a flexible and convenient manner.
To ensure that every user and educator has a smooth experience with Learnsuite, we offer Learnsuite Experience, a secondary service that provides tools to assist in the deployment of training. This includes an onboarding guide for trainers (Train The Trainer), quick start guides, video tutorials, video conferencing for facilitation and readiness, chat support, and phone support.
Our team is dedicated to providing the support you need to make the most of your Learnsuite training and ensure a seamless and successful learning experience. We understand that deployment and implementation can be challenging, but with the Learnsuite experience, you can focus on what matters most: education
Case and scenario customisation refer to adapting or modifying pre-existing cases and scenarios to fit the specific needs and requirements of a particular training program or audience. This may involve adapting the content of the cases and scenarios to align with the learning objectives of the training, as well as customising the settings, characters, and other details to better reflect the context and environment in which the training will take place.
Customisation can be an important aspect of training design, as it allows educators to tailor the training to the specific needs and goals of their learners, and to create a more realistic and immersive learning experience. Customization can be particularly useful when training for situations that are rare or infrequent, as it allows learners to practice their skills and knowledge in a simulated environment before they are faced with a real-world situation.
Overall, case and scenario customisation is a powerful tool that can help educators to create effective and engaging training programs that are tailored to the needs of their learners and the context in which they will be working.
Many people are trained in Basic Life Support techniques, such as CPR, which are designed to sustain life until more advanced help is available. Hospital clinicians are trained in Advanced Life Support (ALS) techniques, which identify and reverse the initial cause of the cardiac arrest. Since the implementation of processes to better identify the early signs of deterioration, cardiac arrests are becoming less frequent in the inpatient setting. As a result, hospital clinicians are receiving less exposure to managing cardiac arrests but are still required to perform effectively as a team when they do occur.
The ALS-SimVR application is designed to provide team leader training for clinicians managing a patient in a cardiac arrest. The application allows the user to direct a virtual team in all the tasks required of a team managing a patient in a cardiac arrest. Rhythm interpretation, drug doses, pathology results, ABG results are all randomised to create a new experience each time for the user. Key skills required for ALS management are also available as skills trainers within the application including handover practice, defibrillation, cardioversion and pacing and more in development. The design of the "Learnsuite" collection of trainers allows a clinician to take the VR headset home and complete this immersive training in the location and time of their choosing.

To integrate a scenario into your system we need to explore the scenario in-depth. With this information we can begin the proof of concept.
We work out what's the best mechanics to use as learning and/or assessment tools.
Using our Learnsuite Simdashtm system we can provide you and your learners with tailored feedback tools to help measure and improve communication skills.
We customize our communication trainer to suite your needs. We currently have the ability to train:
- Clinical Handovers
- De Escalation or Emotional Feedback.
Simdashtm allows your to monitor learner performance, and provides a big picture view when comparing cohorts.
As most of our trainers are in Beta stage (except ALS) your feedback is greatly appreciated and will help these trainers grow over time. As educators ourselves we know there is always a better way to learn or train.
The more users and feedback our Digital Humans get the better they get.
